Lots of questions on the forms, so I will do my best to explain how they work. First off, the PDF’s are created using a design programs like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. Then once they are designed, we can add the fields to them with Adobe Acrobat, http://PDFescape.com or http://www.nitropdf.com . Once the fields have been properly placed, you will be able to upload it to your onTrack (ServiceMonster) account. Once uploaded you can save it as a new print option. That way you can choose from different Print Styles and email or print the desired Invoice or Work Order.
